Nima Nazarinia completed his studies in Set/Costume Design and Directing at Azad University in Iran, as well as training in method acting, after graduating from the country's only theater school at the time. In Iran, he worked for about ten years as an assistant director, set designer, and director, and also performed as an actor in various theater and film projects.

Since 2015, he has been living in Vienna, where he has participated in various film and theater productions and performances, both as a collaborator and director — including at Theater Akzent, WUK, Brick-5 and....

He also appeared in the short film “MS”, and in 2020, he worked as a set designer for the short film “Super Enki from Osterwald.” Furthermore, he played a leading role in the film “Shahid,” portraying the character of the grandfather.
